You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our finance admin and supplier portal, helping to deliver high-quality service to an international client base.
 
Responsibilities:

Providing day-to-day support for finance systems including invoicing, reporting, and purchase orders
Assisting internal staff and customers using the supplier web portal
Creating supplier and customer accounts
Managing and resolving interface error reports
Maintaining user access and ensuring data quality across systems
