Job Summary
You will support the Finance & Admin Manager by managing finance and administrative operations for the church, collaborating with ministry staff, and ensuring accurate processing of accounts, payroll, and reports to enable smooth church and preschool functions.
Responsibilities- Process accounts receivable and payable transactions accurately for designated sections
- Perform data entry and invoice processing to maintain up-to-date financial records
- Reconcile monthly bank statements and resolve bank-related issues promptly
- Manage payroll processing for church and preschool staff using HR management systems
- Handle and process medical claims for staff through the human resource system
- Assist in compiling the church’s annual report and provide administrative support to management
