• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Actuarial / Mathematics or a related field from reputable university
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably within a multifinance, leasing, or financial services company.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, financial statement analysis, budgeting, month-end closing, and accounting principles.
• Familiar with OJK regulations, PSAK, and regulatory reporting applicable to the financial services industry.
