Logistics company in Brazil is expanding and is now in search for a Finance Manager to take care of the day‑to‑day finance / accounting / administrative activities.
Responsibilities
Control Accounts Payable / Receivable in accordance with Group’s policy.
Month‑end closing tasks, including the revision of B/S accounts, and analysis of monthly results.
Collaborate with the external CPA / External Auditors / External payroll firm.
Review taxes calculations and pay all taxes in accordance with local laws and regulations, including personnel‑related taxes.
Verify and control intercompany transactions.
Establish fluid communication and reporting with the country management and the leadership team.
Comply with reporting, analysis, and communication requirements of Group HQ / Americas’ Finance team.
