Field Technician

Job Purpose

Perform and assist start-up, shutdown activities and maintain safe and smooth plant operating conditions with related multitasked jobs in an assigned area within the boundaries of company rules, policies, guidelines and statutory requirements to achieve the quality and quantity according to the production plan.

To assist in performing electrical, instrument and mechanical tasks as per multitask Operation POSS to ensure integrity, reliability and safety of the equipment to optimize availability.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and control plant and equipment commissioning, startup, shutdown and turnaround activities, allocate resources and prepare work assignments for subordinates.
• Operate and maintain normal operating conditions as per Operating Procedures.
• Diagnose and trouble shoot equipment and process problems and restore operating conditions to normal.
