Field Tech Senior Associate – responsible for leading a team of field service technicians and engineers in delivering technical support, maintenance, and deployment services in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & People Management
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of field technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Manage and lead the desktop support team, coordinating with IT staff on design and implementation of new technology.
  • Ensure compliance with training and timesheet submission requirements within timelines.
  • Train employees on new programs or applications as needed.
  • Evaluate employee job performance, identify improvement areas, and provide feedback.
  • Conduct weekly quality checks on incidents/tasks and coach when slippage is noticed.
  • Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access to sensitive data.
