Work on Day-to-Day Incident Resolution & Request Fulfilment aligned to ITIL Framework Involved with IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers and other IT Equipment and Peripherals as needed, between desks, floors or buildings as required.
