Field Support Engineer – Banking Kiosk and Software

TouchPoint Private Limited is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support and maintenance for our self‑service banking solutions deployed across Pakistan. You will troubleshoot hardware, electrical circuitry, and software, visiting customer sites as needed and logging faults accurately.

The role requires ownership, reliability, and the ability to work under minimal supervision, including extended hours when required.
