Field Superintendent - Service
Your main responsibilities
As aField Superintendent of Existing Installations (EI), you will oversee the servicing, maintenance, and repair of assigned units to meet customer and company standards for quality, safety, and cost management. You will support area objectives through effective project oversight and employee management.
Operations Management
+ Build a safe and effective team environment by leading field technicians to ensure maintenance meets quality standards and contract requirements.
+ Coordinate routes, scheduling, parts ordering, and payroll verification while maintaining profitability.
+ Partner with Area and Territory Operations Managers in implementing company and industry best practices to achieve service financial and delivery metrics.
Quality & Safety
+ Perform regular site inspections to deliver exceptional service, maintenance, warranty, and repair offerings.
