- MCSE / MCSA or similar
- NSE 4 nice to have
- Sophos Firewall Certified Engineer V22 - advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong problem resolution skills are essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable car.
- 4-5+ years proven experience in IT Support
- Desktop support and windows systems administration
