Field Services Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical field service for JBT Marel Food & Dairy line equipment to ensure proper operation through maintenance, installation, diagnostics, and repair with focus on customer satisfaction and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Report directly to the Supervisor of Field Service and travel frequently (approximately 80% of the time).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on installed equipment.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and unplanned service calls with immediate availability.
• Carry out equipment installation and commissioning at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers during services and projects.
• Train customer personnel in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
