Field Service Technician

Job Description:
Perform on site installations, commissioning, and servicing of industrial equipment
Diagnose and resolve mechanical breakdowns efficiently
Conduct preventative maintenance and technical inspections
Prepare quotations for repairs, maintenance, and technical projects
Lead and supervise technicians and contractors on site
Coordinate projects from installation through to completion
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent technical support
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately
Travel to customer sites as required

1 to 3 years' experience in a technical or field service engineering role
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and fault finding ability
Experience working on industrial or heavy mechanical equipment would be advantageous
