Position Summary

Looking for a technician to cover the Peterborough, Campbellford, Cobourg, & Belleville area and region.

In this Customer facing role you will…

• Perform Preventative maintenance on EGM’s (Electronic Gaming Machines), ETG’s (Electronic Table Games), and equipment, keeping in accordance with Gaming Commission and company standards and specifications.
• Ensure proper operations of the EGM’s, and ETG’s via diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing
• Navigate Management Terminal (MT) daily to verify EGM’s status
• Where applicable, assemble and prepare accessories for installations per change order.
