A Day in the Life

Field Service Rep II provides technical support in the field on a variety of equipment, including installation, repair and testing.

Responsibilities

• Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment.
• Performs maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software.
• Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time.
• Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordination with engineering field change.
• Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
• Provides onsite training of customer support personnel.

Salary Range

$55,120 - $68,900
