Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team, where you will have the exciting opportunity to work with cutting‑edge Scienion and Cellenion technology for various applications, including microarrays, biosensors, microneedling, and single-cell dispensing, amongst other innovative applications. This is a field based position, with extensive travel in the UK and Ireland but be able to support in other regions when required.

Your responsibilities

• Technical problem solving: You will analyze, identify, and resolve malfunctions in applications and systems.
• Second- and third-level support: You will assist our customers with complex technical issues.
• Error analysis & optimization: You will continuously investigate and improve customer applications to ensure the highest quality.
• Maintenance & repair: You will perform annual PMIs (preventive maintenance inspections) and on-site repairs....
