:Work independently to support MSD products involving: installations, customer trainings, on-site diagnostics & repair services, preventative maintenance, application methodology delivery. Provide remote technical assistance, consultation to customers. Accurately document field service activities, including installation reports, repair reports, preventative maintenance reports, and timely submit through the required system. Follow DOA and Hot Account procedures to report issues to related functions, and collaborate to solve. Implement key account strategies for high profile customers and maintain good relationship with industry opinion leaders. Share experience and methodology of product services and applications with colleagues. Help improving team support capacity.
