We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Brazil Service team. The role provides 24/7 field technical support across Brazil and worldwide, helping our customers implement cutting‑edge solutions to reduce CO₂ and increase plant productivity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety on all projects; report all near misses and accidents.
• Fly to and from work sites; maintain an open line of communication with the Service Coordinator.
• Establish and maintain professional working relations with the customer.
• Understand all services and products that Fuller offers.
• Complete required paperwork and technical reports for each project in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support to customers on-site, including maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and start‑up of Fuller‑provided equipment.
