Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, the Service Engineer is responsible for the successful high‑quality delivery of their assigned projects and service work. This requires preparing, planning, executing and controlling all aspects of the project and service delivery directly. They are responsible for servicing customer sites, maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer site downtime by providing exceptional delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of site maintenance and customer needs by continually developing customer relationships
• Provide technical support to peers, which may include other technical representatives, Account Managers, Engineers, etc.
• Identify sales and service opportunities
• Maintain current technical knowledge—may require additional activities such as self‑learning on technical products
