Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site service and technical support for specialized equipment at global locations. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Responsibilities include diagnosing product failures, replacing or installing components, and verifying that all work meets quality and safety standards. The engineer will develop detailed service reports, document maintenance activities, and provide customer guidance on product features and maintenance while escalating complex issues as needed. This position is based in Dubai, UAE, and reports to the Service Manager in Accident, MD.
