Field Service Engineer

Overview

As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our diagnostic instruments at laboratories and medical centers, providing high-quality technical support and coordinating key field activities.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance and installations : Organize and execute scheduled instrument installations, maintenance activities, software updates, and technical interventions. Plan and coordinate instrument installations, including logistics and LIS connection, in collaboration with sales and customer support teams.
• Customer technical support : Solve technical issues via phone or on-site. Provide training to customers and colleagues. Manage complaints and document activities in internal systems.
