Duties of Field Service Assistant Engineer:
Deliver technical assistance to contractors and clients through phone support and various communication platforms, resolving product or system-related enquiries effectively.
Perform on-site inspections and measurements to evaluate and enhance system efficiency and performance.
Liaise closely with customers and cross-functional teams to provide site assistance and resolve technical issues when necessary.
