Field Sales Specialist (Key Accounts Specialist)

Overview

The ideal candidate has experience in the FMCG industry, a strong understanding of supermarket operations, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients and merchandisers.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, driving sales growth, ensuring excellent account servicing, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams and retail partners to strengthen account performance and maximize business results.

Qualifications

• College Graduate
• With at least 1 year of Sales experience in the FMCG industry
• Experience handling supermarkets and merchandisers
• Knowledgeable in managing Modern Trade accounts
• Familiar with Metro Manila areas
• Strong client relationship and account management skills
• Willing to do field work around Metro Manila (Company car provided)
