Field Sales Leader – HVAC & Industrial Rentals

HVAC RNTL is seeking an experienced sales leader to coach and scale a field-based outside sales team across multiple markets. You will spend time in the field with the team, drive revenue growth, and shape territory plans for key accounts.

Represent the company at industry events, build relationships with contractors and engineering firms, and ensure visibility into pipeline and forecasts through CRM tools.
