Key Responsibilities (KRAs) 1. Sales & Revenue Growth • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
• Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers and distributors
• Identify new market opportunities and expand territory coverage 2. Channel Management • Appoint new distributors and dealers in the assigned area
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
• Ensure partner profitability and engagement 3. Market Development • Increase brand visibility and product awareness in the territory
• Conduct promotional activities, dealer meets, and campaigns
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends 4. Collection & Credit Control • Ensure timely collections from dealers and distributors
• Monitor outstanding payments and reduce credit risk
