Field Sales & Distributor Strategy Lead

Lactalis-Mainland Dairy is seeking a Distributor Sales Manager to lead the distributor sales team and ensure delivery of sales objectives across General Trade channels. You will drive execution plans, report results, and strengthen partnerships with key outlets to fuel growth and improve market presence.

The role requires 2–3 years of FMCG sales experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to travel extensively within the territory.
