Field Performance Specialist (USA)

Mission

Your Role

The Field Performance Specialist provides experttechnical service, guidance, and support to assigned customer accounts, helping
customers optimize the performance of Hybrid Turkeys’ products within their
production systems. This role builds strong, trusted, and value-added customer
relationships by developing a deep understanding of how
Hybrid products
perform in customer operations, to capitalize on performance
opportunities. The
Field Performance Specialist investigates performance deviations later in the
flock cycle, post brooder; works with growers on performance enhancement
strategies; identifies systemic issues across farms and provides guidance back
to customers and internal teams on how to address these challenges. Part of the
