Compensation

The hourly rate for this role ranges between $21.62 and $29.72, with eligibility for an incentive target of $1,800.00 contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as geographic work location, relevant experience, and individual skills.

Customer Service and Inventory Management

Provide services to multiple customer locations on a designated route by:

• Receiving and stocking purchased product in designated customer locations.
• Ensuring proper product stocking levels at customer locations by scanning orders and inventory depletion.
• Overseeing customer inventory locations by ensuring proper labeling and accurate quantities on hand.

Resolve customer problems promptly and accurately in a manner that retains and promotes customer loyalty in accordance with Grainger policy and procedure.
