Responsibilities
- Facilitate scientific training for the field medical team regarding disease state, mechanism of action, and clinical trial interpretation
- Assist medical information in preparing the team for scientific milestones, data releases, and congress presentations
- Initiate scientific practice sessions including mock dialogues and objection-handling drills
- Lead new-hire scientific onboarding with targeted exercises
- Partner with field medical leadership to provide individualized coaching to enhance scientific fluency
- Strengthen team capability in identifying and communicating competitive intelligence
- Maintain an assigned geographic territory and execute all core responsibilities of an FMD
- Engage with KEEs through face-to-face and virtual meetings, congresses, and advisory boards
- Partner with Medical Communications, Publications, Clinical Development, HEOR, and Compliance
