Field Maintenance Engineer — Flexible Hours & Hands-on Repair

Baker Hughes is seeking a Junior Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will work hands-on to maintain and repair advanced oilfield equipment at field locations while performing complex maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering and relevant industry experience. You will communicate technical problems effectively and assist in improving maintenance processes and quality controls.
