Field IoT Technician – Outdoor, Hands-On Tech

Geotechnics Ltd in Tauranga is seeking a practical, hands-on Field Technician to support geotechnical, environmental and infrastructure monitoring projects across New Zealand.

You’ll bench test and configure equipment in the workshop, install monitoring hardware on construction sites, and travel to remote locations, including helicopter-accessed sites. The role blends technology, field work and problem solving. Salary expected to be in the $60,000–$70,000 range, depending on experience.
