Field Installation Engineer

Installation & Commissioning: Set up, calibrate, and test new equipment or software systems at client premises. (1, 2) Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns, and diagnose hardware or software issues using specialized diagnostic tools. (1, 2) Client Training & Support: Demonstrate to clients how to safely and optimally operate and conduct basic daily maintenance on the machinery. (1, 2) Documentation & Reporting: Accurately log all service activities, spare parts usage, and test results into company CRM or reporting systems. (1, 2) Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory environmental and safety standards during service visits, such as conducting risk assessments and using required personal protective equipment.
