About the Company
ReSpark is a venture-backed SaaS company pioneering the future of the industrial scrap recycling industry. We serve over 1,200 metal recycling facilities around the world, providing an AI-first operations platform that modernizes end-to-end workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software implementations for new ReSpark customers
- Travel to scrap yards for in-person go-lives and training on a regular basis
- Become an expert on the ReSpark product and its use cases for recyclers
- Configure customer hardware such as IP cameras, scales, and printers
- Lead virtual and live end-user trainings during and after onboarding
Requirements
- 4+ years of success in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS training or support
- Experience with Windows operating system and remote desktop software
- Experience installing and setting up hardware (e.g., cameras, scales)
