We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Field HR professional to join our team on Nyami Berries farm. This role is vital in supporting field operations by implementing HR policies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processes for wage employees.
The successful candidate will work closely with Team Leaders on-site to drive performance, improve productivity, and maintain compliance with labour legislation.
