Field Guide

A prestigious 5 Star Big 5 luxury game lodge in the Greater Kruger region is seeking a passionate and professional Field Guide to join its guiding team.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional safari experiences while ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and education of guests. This position is suited to an enthusiastic guide with excellent wildlife knowledge, strong hosting abilities, and a genuine passion for conservation and the African bush.

REQUIREMENT: 

• RSA ID and legal residence essential


• Valid FGASA NQF2 qualification minimum


• FGASA NQF4 and NQF6 qualifications advantageous


• Backup or Lead Trails qualification advantageous


• Valid Driver's License and PDP essential


• Valid First Aid certification essential


• DEAT / NDT registration (where applicable)


• Previous guiding experience within a Big 5 environment preferred
