This owner-run Big 5 bush lodge is set within a private reserve and offers guests a peaceful and authentic safari experience away from the crowds. With a small number of rooms and a close-knit team, the environment is hands-on, supportive, and ideal for a Front of House / Field Guide who enjoys building genuine connections with guests and being part of a collaborative lodge culture. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes the bush, enjoys connecting with guests, and takes pride in delivering authentic, safe, and memorable safari experiences. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, and someone who thrives in a small, hands-on lodge environment where guest experience and conservation go hand in hand. This is a live-in position with 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
