Job Description
We are Hiring for Collection
Process : Collection
Position : Team Lead, Field Executive and Tele caller.
Salary Range : 2 to 3.5lpa
Location : Chennai, Delhi, Thane, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
Skills :
Minimum 2 years of experience in field collections in a banking/NBFC environment.(For Field Executive)
At least 6 months of experience in a team leader, senior agent, or supervisory role.(For Team Lead)
Hands-on experience in on-ground field recovery for Personal Loans, Business Loans, and/or Credit Cards.
Strong knowledge of geography and route planning within the assigned territory.
Working knowledge of RBI guidelines and fair collection practices.
Min 1yr of Experiences in Tele caller for personal and housing loans. (For Tele Caller)

NOTE : Need DRA Certified Candidates for Filed and Team Lead.
Non- DRA for Tele Caller.
