Responsibilities

• Provide formwork inspections and formwork sign‑off reports to various project sites across Alberta.
• Provide support to ED Forming's competent worker training program and administration.
• Support ED Forming in pre‑planning and material scheduling/selection, working with the project supers on pour planning and best practices.
• Support inspections and planning for the equipment division, including on‑site review in planning for scaffolding concepts or hoist reshoring inspections.
• Support Alberta offices' Permit to Practice compliance, providing technical leadership to assist EITs.
• Promote a culture of continual improvement, self‑awareness, inclusion, and accountability.
• Take an active role in mentoring, coaching, and people development.
