Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain satellite communication gateway infrastructure
- Diagnose and troubleshoot antennas, RF systems, frequency converters, and related hardware
- Perform testing, integration, commissioning, and validation of gateway components
- Monitor system health and support corrective actions to reduce disruptions
- Provide remote technical support to field locations and operations teams
- Document maintenance activities, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
- Support inventory management, asset tracking, and travel for site work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science
