Responsibilities
- Run a weekly call‑review cadence, scoring recordings against frameworks and surfacing coaching priorities
- Operate deal rooms for enterprise opportunities to diagnose stalling and coach AEs on next steps
- Own the continuous learning calendar, including sessions on sales methodology and product updates
- Build and maintain the sales mechanics playbook, including mutual action plans and discovery frameworks
- Track AE performance trends and flag reps needing targeted coaching
- Maintain credibility with reps through deep understanding of the live selling process
