Field Director - Laboratory Accreditation

**Overview**

The Field Director for accreditation operations is responsible for oversight and day to day operations of Joint Commission (JC) survey process, surveyors. The role is critical to the Joint Commission’s strategy for inspiring safer, higher quality, and more equitable care across the healthcare industry and improvement across all JC accredited and certified organizations. Oversight responsibilities include consistent execution of the Accreditation and Certification Operations (ACO) and Joint Commission strategic agenda. Field directors have responsibility for day-to-day survey and certification operational oversight to include hiring, training, and managing field representatives.
