Field Coordinator - Greater Toronto Area
Responsibilities
- Completing daily journal entries.
- Issuing Purchase Orders for all material suppliers.
- Coordinating, maintaining and notifying relevant team members of current records of drawings and consultant revision notices.
- Distributing the latest versions of drawings to trades.
- Tracking, logging and distribution of Request for Information (RFI), Supplemental information (SI), Construction Documents (CD) to all trades and follow up with consultants.
- Recording site minutes.
- Ensuring trades receive the current schedule as updated by the Superintendent and Project Managers ...
