Field Applications Engineer – FAST Program

The FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) Program prepares new employees for customer‑oriented careers that combine technical skills with business perspectives. The 12‑month Field Applications Engineer track includes three rotations focused on direct customer engagement, market scaling, and systems engineering, followed by a four‑week Headquarter Experience in Dallas, Texas.

Rotations

• Field Sales Office (FSO) – Work with customers to solve technical challenges and maximize TI’s revenue by providing systems‑level solutions.
• Mass Market (MM) – Train to scale actions across sectors, develop scalable selling techniques, and interact directly with customers.
