Field Application Engineer (FAE), Support Enginner, AOI / AXI, Johor, Malaysia

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support our Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Automated X-ray Inspection (AXI) systems. Based in Johor , the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our customers with installation, technical training, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• You are to provide sales & technical supports (night shift work required) on all TRI products, namely AXI, AOI, and SPI system
• You must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals at all levels throughout customer’s organization in ensuring customers’ satisfaction
• Responsible to take care of below transactions, quotations for services and remind and push for service contracts per AXI machines.
• Maintain good relationships with the users at all times.
