FF&E Designer

The position of FF&E Designer sits within the Design Department and reports directly to the Head of Design. The role is based in Dubai and operates as a full-time, execution-focused position responsible for delivering FF&E scope across multiple high-end residential projects. The FF&E Designer does not manage a team but is fully accountable for the quality, accuracy, and readiness of all FF&E deliverables under their responsibility.

• The FF&E Designer begins each project by thoroughly understanding the approved concept, moodboards, and client requirements. This includes aligning with the Head of Design and the wider design team to ensure clarity on the design direction and expectations. Based on this understanding, the FF&E Designer develops a complete selection of furniture, lighting, accessories, and related materials that reflect the design intent and meet the standards of EVA’s high-end positioning.
