**Summary** :

The **Fetal Care Program Manager i** s responsible for the operational and clinical coordination of the Fetal Care Program across inpatient, outpatient, procedural, and surgical settings. This role partners closely with the Fetal Therapy Medical Director, physicians, nursing, and hospital leadership to ensure seamless, high-quality, patient-centered care for complex fetal patients. The position emphasizes clinical expertise, program/referral coordination, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
