Fennell Campus Counsellor Position

Become a Counsellor at Mohawk College's Fennell campus, providing essential mental health support. This sessional role runs from August 2026 to August 2027, with both in-person and virtual services.

The Counsellor will report to the Director of Equitable Learning, Health & Wellness, addressing students’ mental health needs. You will engage in evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, contribute to campus programming, and maintain clinical records. Collaboration within a multidisciplinary Wellness Team is vital, as is the potential for supervising interns and students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct mental health services to students
• Conduct walk-in, single-session, and ongoing appointments
• Contribute to workshops and outreach programs
• Maintain timely clinical records as per standards
