Female Telesales Executive

We are looking to hire an experienced customer-oriented Telesales Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Cross‑sell or up‑sell our products where possible.
• Receive incoming telephone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
• Maintain an accurate record of all calls made and received.
• Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.
