FEED Pipeline Project Manager

Now Hiring | Project Manager – Onshore Long-Distance Pipelines

We're recruiting on behalf of a global engineering consultancy for an experienced Project Manager to lead FEED and Detailed Engineering projects for onshore cross-country pipeline systems (oil, gas, NGL, multiphase, refined products) across the UAE and wider region.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with full ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and commercial delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading complete FEED and Detailed Engineering for long‑distance pipelines (100 km – 1,000+ km)
• Managing all technical disciplines — pipeline, process, civil/structural, SCADA, corrosion, hydraulic analysis
• Acting as primary client interface — PMC organizations, EPC contractors, regulatory bodies
• Approving engineering deliverables, ITT packages, and bid evaluations
• Driving HSE, quality assurance, and ALARP compliance throughout project lifecycle
