Federal Alternative Project Delivery (APD) Program Lead, Department of Defense (DoD)

Stantec is seeking a senior executive to lead the growth, strategy, and execution of its US Federal Alternative Project Delivery (APD) Program for Department of Defense client accounts globally and select civilian agency accounts to include GSA PBS, FHWA, Department of Interior, etc, Stantec’s primary role in APD is as a designer of record (DOR) in a subcontractor role to a general contractor.
The APD Program Lead will be responsible for establishing Stantec as a premier DOR partner for the planning, procurement, delivery, and execution of alternative delivery solutions, including Design-Build (DB), ECI and IDAC DB, Progressive Design-Build (PDB), Design Build to Budget (DB2B), Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Public-Private Partnerships (P3), and other collaborative delivery models and innovative construction methods.
