Job Description

・Hands-on operation, setup changes, parameter configuration, and various adjustments for FB press machines and production lines
・Daily operation and progress management of production lines
・Maintenance of safety and quality standards
・Providing work instructions and safety training to line workers (operators), and promoting standardization
・Troubleshooting and improvement activities: Initial response to equipment malfunctions, root cause analysis, and implementation of measures to prevent recurrence
・Implementation of on-site improvement activities (5S, yield improvement, cycle time reduction, etc.)
